Bollyfusion/Full Body Workout
Bollyfusion is a dance-based fitness routine designed for members of all ages and fitness levels. It is highly entertaining, energetic and at the same time educational! The moves are inspired by the Bollywood style dancing seen in Indian cinema and it's fused with popular International Dance Styles to give it a wonderful crossover appeal for members of all ethnicities to enjoy. It's a one hr. non-stop full body workout that includes Cardio and Sculpting both at the same time.
